1. Operator
Permyn is a commercial brand operated by Axializ.
Axializ is a French SAS, simplified joint-stock company, with share capital of EUR 500.00, registered with the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 792 809 931.

2. Service
Permyn is a B2B SaaS platform for professional access management, including organizations, sites, agencies, collaborators, documents, permissions, QR codes and scan logs.
3. Account and payment
Access to paid features requires account creation, acceptance of the applicable legal documents and successful payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data entered into the platform and for informing individuals where required.
5. Restrictions
Users must not attempt to access another customer's data, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, reverse engineer the platform or use automated extraction without authorization.
6. Intellectual property
The service, software, interfaces, trademarks and documentation are owned by Axializ or its licensors. Customer operational data remains the customer's data.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axializ's liability is limited to direct proven damages and excludes indirect damages.
8. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and, where Axializ acts as processor, in the DPA.
