1. Controller identity

Permyn is a commercial brand operated by Axializ.

Axializ is a French SAS, simplified joint-stock company, with share capital of EUR 500.00, registered with the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 792 809 931.

Application servers are hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

For account management, billing, support, security and commercial relationship purposes, Axializ acts as controller. For customer-managed operational data entered into the SaaS platform, Axializ generally acts as processor on behalf of the professional customer.

2. Data we process

We may process identity data, professional contact data, account credentials, organization data, sites, agencies, collaborators, access permissions, QR codes, scan logs, billing data, consent records, support messages and technical security logs.

3. Purposes

We process data to create and manage accounts, provide the SaaS service, manage billing, secure the platform, provide support, comply with legal obligations and send commercial communications where permitted.

4. Hosting and processors

The application servers are hosted in France by OVH SAS. Payments are processed by Stripe. Other technical providers may be used for transactional emails, monitoring, security and support.

5. International transfers

Application data is hosted in France by OVH. Where technical providers involve transfers outside the EEA, Axializ implements appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

6. Retention

Data is retained for the duration necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations and preserve evidence. Billing records may be retained for up to 10 years where applicable.

7. Rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Requests can be sent to legal@permyn.com.
